For eight years, The Elephant Bistro has brought a style of cooking and use of fresh food, whole ingredients and old fashioned drinks that one typically finds only in urban areas. In recent news, they announced they are closing for good the end of September. However, for the Pop Up they will serve a modified lunch (11a-2p) menu to those who make reservations.
