This little meat market has a lot going on behind the scenes. Not only do they offer customers meat from Harvey and Reno counties they also process cattle, goats, lambs and pigs locally. During deer season they process around 1,000 for hunters. Bring a cooler (or two) and stock up on all cuts of beef and pork including high end cuts like Wagyu, Kobe, and Black Angus. Don’t worry if you forgot a cooler, you can always stock up on their delicious jerky! Closed for lunch 11:30-12:30pm. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 8am-12pm
